We stayed here on our honeymoon and 10th anniversary and it was very nice but the upgrades to the rooms are amazing and it hasn’t lost its historic charm. Bed was amazing, rain shower incredible, food and service were top notch. We stayed in a terrace room which had a great sea view.

There's holiday caravans and then there's owners with passion. A three caravan site on a farm with owners that really have gone the extra mile. OK, the weather was terrible, but the location and the views were superb. Loads of wildlife, somewhere that I could stay for a week and just enjoy the location and setting. Great to see passion in their business.
Thanks to Sam for being such a great host!

Dervaig is a very small village with one shop and the hotel.
Dervaig is a very small village with one shop and the hotel. Tobermory is 45mins away by bus but it was an experience on the single lane roads. But we loved it. If you value quiet this is it. Walking the hills is amazing and the views are to die for.

Really quiet and beautiful but well placed to visit other places on the island. Handy for Tobermory and sea and land trips you can book there. As we travelled to Tobermory a lovely route with great views we saw a pair of Golden eagles.

Lovely small village with a great pub that served delicious, well prepared food. Pretty Church and access to walks. You do need nerves of steel on the single, lane roads with hair pin bends but lots of passing spots and everyone patient and polite. Views and scenery breathtaking.
