Room was comfortable, fine view and excellent shower. Had 3 breakfasts and dinners all very good. All the staff were great looked after us very well. The waitress in the dining room called Angelisa was exceptional always very busy, lovely smile, kept us informed about what was available and worked so hard to please. A credit to the hotel a real gem.

The hotel was nicely renovated inside - don't let the outside looks deceive you! The location was very convenient for my trip, right next to the big souvenir shop too! Staff were very helpful and recommended a good place at the Caledonian Canal for a clear view of Ben Nevis.
