The location of this family run hotel is very tranquil. The food is really good, especially the generous breakfasts and the haggis stuffed chicken. The room are comfortable (we stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 occasions, both before and after going into Glen Affric.

Just over 20 miles from Inverness. There is free parking and WiFi and a full Scottish breakfast is served. Each room has a TV and tea and coffee facilities.

We arrived expecting a room but was given keys to a little house. It was fantastic and gave us the rustic Scottish feel we had been searching for. The bed was the best bed I’d slept in all week and the breakfast was delicious! The host at the property was wonderful and friendly and very informative of the local area too.

The room was dirty and had not been cleaned, used sheets, over flowing bin, dirty bathroom, unswept floor. Luckily there was a number to call to direct me to clean bedding. No compensation was offered. Booking.com also dealt with this poorly. Had this been resolved I would not feel the need to leave a bad review however this dirty room cost over £80
