We really enjoyed our stay at Acorn House Callander. The room was spacious and bright and beautifully designed with attention to details - hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener provided (decaff version as well).
The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and accommodating and even invited us to have some carrot cake before we checked out. The bathroom was big, super clean and modern with hot water and clean towels. We felt like home 😊. Totally recommend it.

Callander is fantastic, we love it so much we keep going back. Very friendly people, wonderful location, great eating at the pubs and restaurants, and you have local shops to purchase what you need. My only thing is be mindeful of where your staying as if you need peace and quiet ask what time the music finishes....just saying. My favourite is the all year round Christmas shop....you've got to go it's amazing!!!!

Callander is lovely. Great shops for gifts & clothing. Puddingstone cafe food was great & reasonably priced. Nice restaurants to choose to eat in. Overall a very friendly place & relaxing to explore. Bracklinn falls is a must to see.

Nice, very safe, well kept, small town with good shops & restaurants, not far from Stirling. Although Roman Camp Hotel is very secluded, it’s actually on the Main Street, on the banks of the river Teith.

Callander is a lovely little town with plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, take-aways and walks. The fisheries are beautiful, plenty of benches to sit at and walks around it. I had a fish supper from the Frying Dutchman which was superb, and the second night ate at The Riverside Inn which was equally as delicious. All very good prices.
