All of the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't be more accommodating. Breakfast is cooked to order so takes a little while but is so worth it, everything was cooked to perfection and delivered with a smile. Rooms clean and plenty spacious enough and hand wash / shower gel provided. Location was good and the place was nice and clean

We spent two nights at The Horseshoe Inn and really enjoyed it. Room was really lovely, and the pub below was good fun. We had drinks and evening meals there both days. Great Jamaican food! Staff were friendly and welcoming.
They don’t serve breakfast but there’s plenty of options in Crickhowell (it’s a nice 15 minute walk in if the weather is fine).
