Lovely clean hotel with lovely rooms. The rooms and beds were of a good size, and so were the bathrooms. All was as expected. The front desk staff were very attentive.

Room was nice and clean. We had twin beds as we are family travelling together however there was no distance between the beds which made it a bit uncomfortable sleeping so close together.

Room was great and quirky to say the least but very nice, bathroom was ok but not on the same level as the room itself. Food was great and breakfast was plentiful.

It was very quaint and pretty. I loved the breakfast in front of the fire. The dogs were welcomed and the hosts are exceptionally friendly and kind.

The room was cosy and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have had in England. The location was fabulous and Penny and Mick were generous and thoughtful hosts.

The room was lovely, the bed really comfy and we had everything we needed (plus some lovely extra treats from Amie). Breakfast was exactly right - all the usual choices but my favourites were the gorgeous porridge and the fruit and granola. Dinners were great and I am now a big fan of homity pie! Amie really goes out of her way to make things special and all the staff were super friendly and attentive.
