Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

    The staff were absolutely lovely..

The staff were absolutely lovely.. The food was delicious and hot.. My only complaint was the over the bath shower. As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

The flat was very clean and sufficient with the basic needs should you choose to cook or stay indoors. The bed was so comfortable too! The location was safe, quiet, and perfect as across the street is a convenience store, and Tesco is around 5-mins away by car. The flat was also conveniently located near the Ashford outlet, Canterbury, etc. Graham was such a lovely and helpful host. He had been very clear with the instructions. Should we need to stay again in the area for a trip, we'll definitely book here again.

We loved the private quiet feel and view onto the small orchard. The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent. Thank you Sally and Robin!

Sue and Martin and their staff were great hosts and were very accommodating in letting us use their BBQ and for letting us store a bike rack. The house and grounds are lovely as the bright rooms and big garden with plenty of games really helped us to enjoy the sunny dry weather. The location is ideal for exploring Kent as throughout the week we headed to Dover, Dymchurch, Leeds Castle and Broadstairs.

Thank you Chris for a wonderful holiday in your property. Very spacious, clean and everything and more than you needed was provided. It's location was better than we had thought and we were able to travel along the coast to enjoy Kent which was a first for us all. Absolutely loved it. The whole family enjoyed it and were sad to leave.

Large comfortable en-suite rooms, choice of breakfast …full or light, communal kitchen to microwave dinner if you want, lovely view of the Kent Downs, large outside lawn for playing, less than 30 mins to the beach! This was simply superb! The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The owners were friendly, but respected my privacy. The breakfast food - left in the kitchen before arrival - was great. The location was also excellent, and ideal for those wishing to explore the Kent countryside. I'll definitely be back.

Arrived late - the room rate was more expensive than the booking in your site. The bar staff was ignorant and unaccommodating, knew nothing about the hotel and the food was atrocious to the point we thought we might be ill from it
