Location was amazing, hotel strategically situated really close to major sights and the underground. Breakfast was fantastic, had everything we could have wished for. Even the hotel restaurant was really good, with tasteful dishes and very friendly personnel. Would definitely stay there again.

Whilst the rooms are compact it had everything you needed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable - the best night's sleep we've had in a long time. We didn't use the cafe so can't comment on that but overall extremely pleased and will definitely return in the future.

I loved the wonderful convenient entrance, speedy check in and wonderful customer service from Donna who was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming despite a late check in due to delayed flights returning to London.
