The chalet was an absolute delight. It was finished to exceptionally high standards and was warm and inviting. Nano and Thiery were excellent hosts -very welcoming and engaged. Breakfast fayre was all fresh local produce or made by the hosts themselves. The surrounding landscape was stunning and if you are seeking peace and quiet this is the place to be. We will definitely return and would encourage any tourist looking for excellence, comfort and a peaceful break to stay at Ludrun

Worst place we stayed this trip. We got less than two hours sleep and I am 7 months pregnant. The heat, it’s early May and they said they had air con and they did not and the heat was unbearable. We spoke to them about this as we were still awake at 4am with wet towels trying to sleep and they did nothing and still made us pay full price.

The location is excellent and absolutely beautiful and the owner is extremely polite, kind and attentive. He cares for is customers and makes all efforts to make them comfortable and happy. We were 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and this place was ideal for us. We only stayed one night to fly from Geneva airport but found it comfortable and a nice different option to Geneva (if you have a car or other transport arranged). We were cooking and found the kitchen area good for chatting as it had a nice big table so everyone could be involved in conversation including the person cooking. It was easy to enter the property with the key box and Elodie is in the apartment below of you need anything (she is very nice and approachable). There is an excellent bakery about 600metres away.
