Dream property for a large group to stay. Perfect location very good facilities. Very specious well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed our stay here.
A small town where we stayed overnight. The abbey St-Jean-des-Vignes and the cathedral looked worth a visit, though we weren't able to stay for one. The restaurant La Cathedrale by the cathedral is a good place to eat.

We've been going to France separately and together for 60+ years. Our 4-day short trip to North East France, prior to the folly of Brexit, fundamentally cncentrated on the cathedrals of Laon, Noyon and Soissons. If one thing became apparent it was that 75 years of peace in the area has meant that war has prevented further dreadful damage to these buildings and their towns - and stopped their inhabitants getting killed. In our view this is a strong endorsement of a united Europe.
All three towns are small enough to walk around. All have excellent eateries. Special mentions to the Estaminet in Laon, and the Restaurant St Vincent in Soissons. A point to note: provision for a vegetarian in France is getting easier, but not everywhere is fully geared up.
On site parking and walking distance to the center of the city is what made this an attractive option for us. The room was spacious by French standards as was the bath. It was our best rooms out of 12 different hotels in the $90-$140 price range.
We did not take advantage of the breakfast but I stopped by to look it over and there were scrambled eggs and bacon and all the normal French items to eat. We just wanted to do a little exploring that morning.
Our stay in Soissons was exceptional! Rare are the visits that touch the heart.
Our family was warmly welcomed by the endearing host to a beautiful, sunny and comfortable apartment located in the center of this pleasant city.
Excellent wifi, a sunroom, large spaces and stunning views only enhanced our appreciation for the fully-equipped accomodations. It was easy to feel at home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Basically you're almost in Soissons centre, it's only a 5 minute walk to the main high street. There was parking and rooms were revamped. It's kind of a converted old people's home, but wifi was decent and breakfast was OK. Cheaper than the Best Western next door. We basically had a mini-apartment.
Set in a beautiful wide street with the most gorgeous houses that could only be in France, the property is spectacularly restored with modern twist. Had the attic room with super views, space and very nice en suite. Great host!
Good staff, excellent value for money. Laundromat just around the corner. Soissons is well worth a visit, especially the cathedral. Stayed an extra day. Short walk into the centre. Close to the river
We didn't have breakfast.
We did have drinks on the veranda, which was very pleasant. The location of the hotel in a quiet, ,leafy road with a view of the Abbey was something we appreciated.
A beautiful house with fantastic furniture and fittings in the classic French style. Location was ideal for walking around Soissons, as its a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Bed was awesome.
The rooms were quiet and clean. The facilities were fine. We had 3 rooms next to each other, as requested and parking was free. The hotel was a short walk from a lovely buffet restaurant.
Excellent location within walking minutes to the city center.
Reception staff available 24/7.
Underground parking facility.
Stunning view on the Abbaye in front of the hotel.
