The location was very good...all the sights were accessible à pied. The staff especially on reception were very helpful. Our Superior room was fantastic...so much space and good value for money. Our stay in Avignon was wonderful.

Staff were really helpful. For a large hotel chain it felt intimate and we were looked after by the staff. It was very close (short walk away) from Avignon train station and car rental, which was very convenient. I liked the paper cups and tea/coffee sachets in the rooms, they have made a real effort to cut down plastic use and be more sustainable. The outdoor area was comfortable and relaxing. The room was modern, large & really comfy.
