Breakfast was superb with fresh baked croissants made by the chef's daughter who is a certified baker. My wife and I took a cooking lesson with the chef/hotel director. The original monastery was built in the 11th century and sections of the original building and adjacent chapel/church remain. Restaurant is of Michelin star quality with an incredible tasting menu.

We had a large room (1), which was quiet and comfortable. Granted, there only a handful of guests. Breakfast is good with bread, pain du chocolate, and coffee. There is a laundromat right around the corner.

This was a nice stop for Camino walkers. The beds were comfy and the shower nice and hot. The lady of the house was lovely, and the meals were flavorful and excellent.
