Suntem o familie cu patru copii, și fiind în trecere, am căutat cazare pe Booking, iar pentru șase persoane, la acest hotel, opțiunea oferită de Booking a fost de o cameră cvadruplă si una dublă. La hotel însă, am primit o cameră de șase locuri. și una dublă (camera de 4 este în fapt de 6). Fiind o familie cu 4 copii, am solicitat recepționerului să plătim numai pentru camera de șase locuri care ne era suficientă, mai ales că primisem si camere la etaje diferite, dar nu s-a spus că nu se poate, bineînțeles din cauza Booking... Astfel că am fost puși în situația să folosim numai o cameră dar să plătim pentru ambele. A fost o experiență per total neplăcută atât datorită acestei situații cât și datorită stării generale a hotelului care este una deplorabilă.
