I asked the receptionist to be woken up at 04:30, no one called, I went down to the reception where I thought there was a receptionist, while I was waiting for the taxi, I left my luggage in the lobby, and I went out to smoke, the doors being blocked from the outside I could not re-enter the hotel to retrieve my luggage and the taxihe arrived and tried to help me but no one was there.
