The hotel is in an ideal location for anyone travelling South (or North) or travelling back to the UK. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are polite and welcoming, the breakfast is good. If you want to do some shopping, Cite Europe is a very short walk away. The parking felt really secure too.

We have stayed here before and it is so convenient for the euro tunnel as it's only a 5min drive once you leave the euro tunnel. We had issues with heavy traffic and we were late for our channel tunnel crossing and arrived at the hotel at 4am instead of our planned 10pm. The staff were fantastic on the 24hr reception and we were in our room and sleeping very quickly once we arrived. A relief to a very stressful journey! We will stay here again as we can't fault the hotel. It's very comfortable, clean and convenient.
