To get to Casa di Emma we’d had a hard days cycling so this place to us was like an oasis. Emma is very friendly and keen to help. We were too tired to cycle to the next settlement to eat so bought food in the epicerie at the back of the bar which is open as long as the bar is open! Excellent fresh fruit and veg and local artisanal products. It is not a Spar shop! We bought some special sausages for our meal and fresh bread. Oh and local strawberries. And wine. Room has magnificent views. In fact the whole place is wonderful

Beautiful, very old house with a wonderful view of the bay. Beautiful garden. The host is very friendly and has thorough knowledge of Corsica. He speaks several languages perfectly. One of the coolest places we visited in Corsica.
There is also a nearby restaurant, I Fratelli, in the village of Rapale, which serves delicious food.
