The location was awesome peaceful,quiet yet close enough to drive to local areas. Lourdes was 10 minutes. Pic du midi was 1 hour away. The hosts were super helpful and breakfast was tasty.

Big room. Good water pressure. They had the schedule of activities in the Sanctuary posted at the lobby. They attended to fixing the busted light at the water closet area. They didn't bill me in advance. I paid at the property!

We parked in the free car park opposite the hotel. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful. The location for us was good as it was quiet but only a short walk along the river to the Basilica and the St Bernadette church. The weather when we arrived was bright and sunny but during the evening the wind picked up so the candlelight procession was held in the massive underground church which was an experience. We found the hotel clean and comfortable.
