The hotel was in the heart of Toledo. The room was spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel has its character and you feel like "returning" to medieval ages. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

Cathedral visit is essential, people were very friendly (except when driving), good eating including a few upscale gems, fun to get lost in winding streets, only to find you are a minute from where you started.

The city is beautiful.
The city is beautiful. The sites however aren't much to look at. The only two really worth it was the cathedral and the jesuit church. For example, the synagogue, you enter and you've seen it all. That was a recurrent theme in all our visits. You could see a site in two minutes. The Alcazar was closed except for the military museum part of it. Not much to see

Don't even think about driving into the old town. Park in one of the huge underground parking lots near the old town and walk or take a cab.

Toledo is a very busy town, but in keeping with its historic character, the streets are very narrow, cobbled, winding, and mostly very steep, except in the central squares. The high proportion of virtually silent electric vehicles, which drive very rapidly and agressively, means that you often find a vehicle on your heels, and you have to step into a doorway to make room for it to pass. It is not a town I would recommend to anyone with any mobility difficulties or sight impairment, as roads and pathways are often in poor repair and can easily cause falls. However, if you enjoy looking around medieval religious buildings there are many to choose from. We visited the Roman Baths, which was interesting, with very informative staff. A good map from the Tourist Information offices, or the hotel, is essential to keep your bearings.
We greatly enjoyed the Tourist Train (which seemed to be really good value compared with the Tourist Bus). We saw the key points in the town, and also were taken beyond the walls to look across the river from a distance.
The highlight of our time there was the day we decided to do a circuit of the town along the riverbank, with only the need for a short stretch on the roads. It was very beautiful, peaceful, and you could see the remains of many interesting buildings and bridges from a different perspective, alongside a range of wildlife and vegetation.

A trip to the past with a bit of everything, from cultural sites, to churches, to 200 years history, add shopping, great restaurants and amazing and iconic landmarks, a day is not enough! and is just a 1k diameter old town
This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. We stayed only one night but would have liked to stay longer. The view from our room was across to the old town of Toledo (lit up at night) and it was delightful. Room was spacious and comfortable and free parking was great. Checking in was friendly, efficient and quick and everything was spotlessly clean. We would like to visit Toledo again and this hotel would be our first choice even though it is a little way from the city centre.
What a fantastic family run hotel, I would 100% recommend this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights solo for a local wedding. Hotel is half way up the hill at the very edge of the old town, so benefits for great views and is away from noise and hustle of more central venues. I had one of the smaller rooms, but this was more than adequate. The manager/host was very warm and welcoming and is much the reason I rate the hotel so high. Should I ever return to Toledo I would certainly stay here.
Breakfast was wonderful. The location is perfect. Just a few meters from the cathedral, but super quiet in our hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful. Everything’s was great! We’ve been to Morrocco before and this hotel is like a riad we stayed at there. Toledo was controlled by the Moors for over 400 years and this hotel reflects the Moorish influence and still has traces of decoration and painted designs from over 1,000 years ago. It could not have been better.
we loved the location and it’s proximity to the sights we wanted to see. We appreciated the hotel making taxi arrangements to pick us up at the train station in Madrid. We especially enjoyed our taxi driver, Mario. He was delightful and we called upon him to take us around Toledo to see sights and he drove us to Cuenca after our stay in Toledo.
The staff at the hotel were all pleasant and helpful, our room and bed were comfortable, and our breakfast was delicious.
It’s a family run Boutique hotel who are very kind and well mannered. Ready to help at all moments. The location is centrally located in one of the main squares of the old town . Transfer from Toledo train station is via a 15min walk. Since Toledo is all uphill there’s an escalator(see pic attached) which can be easily missed as it is situated within a public car park. This escalator takes you from the Puente de Alcantara up to the plaza de Zocodover.
Very large ground floor room with facilities for people with disabilities. Quiet inobtrusive air conditioning!
The standard of everything was very high and the cost was reasonable.
The hotel was very conveniently situated in the centre of Toledo and close to the El Greco museum/ synagogues.
The restaurant deserves a special mention. We ate there two nights and had excellent cuisine. Amongst the best we had in Spain.
The owner, Adil, was extremely helpful on arrival, including with our luggage and with parking the car. He even provided clothes washing liquid when he realised we wanted to use the washing machine. The view was one of a kind looking right at the old bridge crossing into old Toledo town. It truly was soundproof and safe. The decor was very tasteful and modern and the apartment lacked nothing.
Hotel de los Reyes is centrally located in the beautiful city of Toledo. It's near the wall of the city, and since the city is quite compact in size, and mostly pedestrian streets, easy to navigate. The room & bathroom were spacious, with a nice window for ventilation. Having an on site parking lot was helpful.
Really nice place to stay to visit Toledo. Its not walking distance but you can drive a few minutes and park in Toledo or take a taxi. The view from the hotel is very nice. The service is excellent and the restaurant was good (we had dinner and breakfast there). Ample parking at the hotel.
The hotel room was quite large and it was very clean and had views of Toledo from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant below the hotel was outstanding. Our dog was made welcome and the gardens were great for her to walk in. The staff were nice and very helpful.
Hospederia Casa de Cisneros was right next to the Cathedral and within a short walking distance to all of the historical landmarks. The staff was amazing and treated us like royalty. The hotel has a rooftop deck that has fantastic views of Toledo.
one of the best hotels in Spain (that I was a guest) near the cathedral, we stayed for one night, very comfortable, old house but seemed new in the same time. Great bathroom, lots of small details, we didn't had breakfast nor we used the spa.
This hotel has a great location, walking distance to everything in Toledo. The place has parking which was extremely convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again and highly recommend staying here if visiting Toledo.
The hotel is well located in Toledo within walking distance of all the main sights. The roof terrace with views of the Cathedral and Alcazar is amazing. Our room was comfortable and the continental breakfast plentiful.
We really enjoyed the hotel. It has an excellent location to explore Toledo. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fruit, cheese, great coffee. There was an assortment of meat but I don't eat meat.
The hotel is located not far from the city center, its best if you drive but you can also walk. The view from the hotel are great. The hotel location is also very beautiful. I enjoyed the hotel and its style
Good location when travelling by car to Toledo as this hotel is just outside of the old town of Toledo and parking is feasible at the hotel or nearby. Easy access to old town on about 10 min walking time.
Very good position. Amazing view of the Cathedral from the terrace. A stunning building with a very warm welcome from Mr Alfonso. I suppose is the best option in Toledo!
The location is perfect. The hotel is in the beginning of the old town and looks like a castle. The ambience is traditional for Toledo. The breakfast was good.
