1) The location was exceptional. 2) Ruben on reception was extremely helpful. 3) A very comfortable room but the step up to our balcony was too high. 4) Exceptional breakfast 5) Parking on the premises ( even though at cost) was good.

staff friendly and helpful, hotel and room very clean and modern. room had a tv ,fridge, good beds and shower with lots of hot water and towels. Air con in room good and could be set to be quiet through the night. Free car park an added bonus. Good value hotel. Bus into centre of Cartagena (no7) right outside hotel. decent regular service.
