We stayed at the hostal for 3 nights while on the Camino. The hostal was very well located and close to the Camino, restaurants, and bars. The room was spacious and clean. The only drawback was the common area. It only provided a microwave, water, and coffee. It would have been nice if there had been some paper plates, cutlery, napkins, and better lighting (outside office hours)

Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains.
Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. The city is full of history and was the capital of the kingdom of Navarre up until 1512. The city walls have survived on three sides and the fortress to the south of the city is one of the most impressive 16th century fortifications in Europe. The cathedral is also lovely. The old city is not very extensive and is easy to explore on foot but the streets are narrow and it would be challenging with a car although the hotel did have its own car park. We had two days in Pamplona and would have liked to stay for a third as we had to leave before we had seen all that we wanted to see.

It’s a small city.
It’s a small city. We stayed one day and saw the main points. I recommend visiting the cathedral. They charge a fee but you can visit the church, the museum and the atrium.
We also walked around the city walls . It was interesting.
Eat at cafe Iruña, from 1888.We had a great meal.

Pamplona was a bit of a surprise, I spent two nights here whilst walking the Camino. I found a great shopping strip and boutique clothes stores right in the heart of the city. The Parque de la Taconera were beautiful gardens, roaming ducks lyre birds and deer.
The citadel forte wall surrounding the city was so lovely to wander around to explore with amazing views of surrounding region and landscape.
There was so much life happening, everyone out in the old city, eating and socialising. Great tapas bars and dinning!

Great city. old town rocked. outskirts too are nice, very open parks , well maintained. Bull ring tour interesting unless you find the practice distasteful. good hotels around the old town. Definitely worth 2 nights if you are in the vicinity.
Nice modern and small hotel in the commercial area of Pamplona. Easy to get to in a car and approximately 25 minutes’ walk through a nice park and then some wide streets on commercial avenues to get to the old town. Hotel itself was small and very simple with not many facilities (just communal coffee etc facilities) but was perfect for us for an overnight stay. Staff very helpful.
The hotel location is excellent. Its very accessible from the motorway. Theres a lovely walk along the river, through a park to the old town.
The reception staff were really nice. The lady who checked us in went over and above to help - gave us some great advice and was very friendly.
Parking was underground - very tight spaces but handy being in the hotel
It was my second time that I stayed for a weekend at the NH Pamplona Iruña Park. I come to Pamplona to visit my daughter. She comes to stay with me at the hotel, it is like a retreat for her. Very comfy beds, quiet rooms, delicious breakfast in a very elegant decorum. Staff is very kind. It is a real pleasure to stay at the NH.
Beautiful, clean, and chic hotel…the staff was so nice, beds super comfortable, and the shower and tub were amazing after making it through the first part of the camino. we also had a beautiful view out our window. location is perfect, right between the park and the old town, close to Corte Ingles, and basically on the Camino.
Well placed on the outskirts of the old town. We had a suite that was bigger than our apartment back home, this came with a great balcony overlooking the old town.
WE ate out as plenty of options and breakfast is available across the road at a substantially cheaper rate than the hotel.
Great transport links.
The location certainly was a big plus, as it is just a short walk into the city center of Pamplona. In addition, staff was friendly and helpful. There is parking at the hotel, which costs additionally per night, however, also makes arrival a lot easier.
Friendly staff, nice clean comfortable room. We used the hostel as a stopover whilst travelling through Spain & France with our children. Did it’s job for our 1 night stay. Easy to find, even the dog was welcome. Close to places to eat.
Buffet breakfast was very good. Something for everyone.
Cafe bar was also good with well priced pintxos after 5pm and open all day.
Hotel and my room were Very clean and modern. Close to the old Town , shopping and bus station.
Great location.. Right outside the old town.. very quiet.
My daughter loved the teepee.. she was in it the whole time.. and was the highlight of her trip!
Wonderful remodeled apartment. Very nice and comfy beds!

Great location in the old town of Pamplona, lovely building and room. The breakfast is fabulous and if you are a pilgrim or business traveller this hotel is perfect.
This is a fabulous hotel, a short walk from the town centre, with secure underground parking.
The staff are amazing, and the food in the restaurants sublime.
