We had a very spacious, comfortable room (we were fortunate to be upgraded). The staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner (due to the location that was the easiest option), and the food was very good. It was nice to stay close to Cuenca, but away from the tight old town area.

Beautiful building .Good welcome ,great breakfast freshly baked bread was perfect along with hot and cold meats and cheese. relaxing lounge on our floor .We didntr have a room with the best views but we'd booked late so all gone -we'll book earlier next time.

The apartment was spacious. An easy 5 minutes walk would bring you to a free parking area but it could be a challenge with luggages.

The location is great, in the centre of the old town, so it is easy to access heritage sites by foot. But do expect that there are a few stairs because the apartment is uphill, as shown in the photos. It is not a big problem for us. The apartment is clean, quiet and well-lit, the kitchen is well-equipped. Kids like the play area very much, there are children's books and TV in the play area. The beds are comfortable.
