Location was good for me. Bed was comfortable. Access to parking
Rising up from the March Menor shores, this modern and functional 3-star hotel is in Los Alcázares – a unique spot well-known for its warm, shallow waters. The area is ideal for family holidays.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Los Alcazares. Clean, bright, organized. It's at the end of the Promenade, very close to the beach. Very friendly staff. And the breakfast! Simple, elegant, a little of everything to start your day.

This was just an overnight stay for us on a road trip from Granada to Barcelona. The hotel was quite large - with lots of services - but we did not make use of them. It was a short stroll to the beach - with a lovely walkway along the beach - which we did take advantage of. There were lots of cafes and stores just across the street where we went for coffee in the morning before departure.

The close proximity of the town to the beach and super walks along by the beach are excellent. If the weather is right this is an brilliant location to learn water sports.
One real downside of the town is the constant overhead low level flying from what seemed to be a local army training camp. While this was intriguing on the first day/night, by day 4 it was actually really annoying and would probably make me choose another location again.
Pretty much all the restaurants were good however the higher priced options were not to standard.

There is a large selection of restaurants and bars but nowhere is very rowdy, everywhere feels friendly and safe. You can choose a different cuisine every night and there is everything from basic pizza to fine dining. Suits all budgets.

A lovely little SPANISH town, a good mix of new and old.
A lovely little SPANISH town, a good mix of new and old. Lovely promenade and cafes and restaurants but I would not swim in that water if you paid me - although people were in the sea.
The Mar Menor is what it says - a small sea, it is fed through a channel from the main Mediterranean Sea but it isn’t tidal so was quite grubby and smelly with a lot of algae gathering by the shore. There is also a huge amount of sea grass growing. There is a strong movement to clean it up after a few disasters over the last few years.
It is also very close to San Javier airport where the Spanish air force train so there are a lot of small planes flying around all the time . Great place to watch the sun rise.

Our first time to stay in this area & it was beautiful, with the beech on your doorstep. There is also a communal pool which was never packed during our stay anyway. It is a more residential area than tourist so a little quiet which is what we wanted. However the busier area is only a 20 minute walk with lots of markets, shops & restaurants. For us it was perfect 🤩

Not good sun beds on the beach dirty and worn, some nice bars and restaurants around , no upmarket shops, bit too British for liking but thats just a personal view. Hen parties and Karaoke… irish bars great if thats your type of resort.

Returning customer for over 10 years to this lovely hotel and will definitely return. Situated right in middle of restaurant bar area and few minutes walk to beach. Exceptionally pleasant & helpful staff in all areas, reception, bar and housekeeping
Very comfortable large bed
Fridge & safe free of charge
Great blackout curtains
Very quiet air conditioning
Lovely roof top bar
Very good basic accomodation, my back did not like the bed or sofa and the bathroom is compact, the shower in particular but that's a personal observation.
Accomodation very central to old town Los Alcazares, 50 metres from beachfront, beautiful.Price good, would recommend aside from above criticisms which, I say are personal.
Check in very smooth and efficient.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Fisherman's House and were really sad to leave. It had everything we needed for a 3 week stay over Christmas and New Year and we were made to feel so welcome with some lovely festive touches. Perfect location as a base to explore the region of Murcia. We can't wait to return!
The property is located close to the beach and built around a plaza. We had a lovely room and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate at a local restaurant close to the hotel, but dinner was forgettable. It’s maybe a better idea to do your own research on nearby restaurants.
Lovely spacious accomadation, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the location was on the outskirts of los Alcazares and the coast. Too far to walk in 30 degree heat, and buses aren't frequent , a good taxi service, but added cost onto the holiday
Fabulous restaurant, delicious food
Historic hotel dating from 1904 with interesting displays of original furniture & decor items.
The Thermal Baths are unique & we'll preserved
Staff friendly & helpful.
Great location overlooking Mar Menor
The Villa was beautiful. We all enjoyed having the pool and the privacy. We would happily have stayed longer. The area around the villa did look a bit forgotten and run down, but it was only a 5 min drive into los Alcazares.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The attention to detail w.r.t. my timings, breakfast, etc. was always great. The rooms and all facilities are spacious, clean and tidy. Would come back again, no doubt.
This is a heritage hotel full of charm, character and personality. We loved the history, the interiors, the decor and the antiques scattered all around. The courtyard is especially charming and beautiful.
This is a really lovely hotel our room was exceptionally nice. Centrally located. Staff are very nice and also very helpful. Breakfast was good with a varied selection of different things to choose from.
The property need maintenance URGENT!!!
Hotel’s 3rd floor no lights in the hallway.
The walls full of crack.
NO AC!!!!!!
We were assigned with 5 different rooms and there was no AC working.
We use this hotel when travelling from Almeria to Murcia airport. Great location worth spending the extra nigh to be able to spend some time in Los Alcazares.
