Clean and tidy rooms. Very confortable bed and pillows. Thick blackout curtains for confortable sleeping in the dark. Air-conditioning was very efficient during the hot day, so was the minibar so both the room and drinks were cool when desired.
Great location near the beach and restaurants. Also bus stop not very far away. Supermarkets etc. available near the hotel.
Breakfast was included, it was really good.

This is a residential neighborhood but a great place to call base while visiting Mallorca. In 18 minutes you are in the center of Palma. You are close to main roads and highway leading to other locations of interest.
There is an annual festival in June called Sant Marcal.
There are supermarkets and shopping in the area as well as restaurants.
