The coast line is beautiful with yellow sand and beautiful view of the coast as far as the eye can see. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There's a harbour wall walk. We wanted to eat paella at El Pescador which was recommended to us but unfortunately it closed at 3.30. Avoid fiesta days its not easy to get around.

Great city, relatively close to Valencia and Valencia Airport (In 1 hour we was there). Definitely one of the best beach I saw in Spain. City center as well as beach(playa) district full of nice small restaurants. And of course friendly, smiling people all over the places.

We prefer pedestrian-scale streets and attractive vistas. Gandia has neither. High-rise buildings shadow the beach in the late afternoon. The architecture and treeless wide streets make it ripe for the next dystopian film. Zoning and land use control has gone awfully wrong in the beachfront area. Avoid this town if you prefer romantic, intimate spaces.

Fantastic beach, some excellent restaurants and great for walking or running along the long promenade. It is a Spanish resort which we enjoyed and no pictures of food in the restaurants and few typical tourist bars.

From what I could see was the original part was fully restored and of top quality as well. Our suite had the bath from the window and a sea view. it’s a beautiful property. The food was outstanding. The beaches in the area are incredible and as long as you can see in both directions and excellent.
