We all realised that the receptionist was not to be blame but the hotel should have another member of admin staff to deal with lengthy telephone queries regarding potential events if the hotel is offering this service.

Pleasant atmosphere at breakfasts. Nice powerful shower, clean rooms. Loved staff in a restaurant. I also did not explore the surroundings so I might not have the full picture.
