This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. A modern building, very well appointed and equipped. My room was in effect a suite. Staff most pleasant and efficient. The breakfast lived up to its description as gourmet. The restaurant too was of a high standard. Plenty of parking space and a quiet location. I could not fault anything.
This heritage building from the 19th century is located in Bad Bergzabern. Hotel Luise offers a garden and terrace, and is well located for hiking and cycling excursions.

All was fine except having to run across the very busy road to get to reception, breakfast, bike shed etc.
Breakfast is unequaled in this price category.
Free Wi-Fi is offered at this 4-star hotel the heart of the spa town of Bad Bergzabern. The Schlosshotel Bergzabener Hof has a spa area with sauna, steam room and massages.

The breakfast was good. Evening meal was good. The location was perfect
Scenically located at the edge of the Palatinate Forest in the village of Leinsweiler, Castell Hotel & Restaurant offers a gourmet restaurant, a terrace, and a garden.
Landgasthof Zur Linde is located in Silz in the beautiful Pfälzer Wald Nature Park. It provides Mediterranean-style rooms, a large restaurant and free Wi-Fi internet access.
This hotel does not deserve the bad comments. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They opened up a private area specially for us to charge our e-bikes. The restaurant on the premises is very good. There was no breakfast, but that was clearly mentioned on the reservation, so no reason to complain about it. Moreover, they put a coffee machine with free coffee at the disposal of the guests who cannot start the day without a shot of caffeine.
The place is in a small village with small roads, loved it.
The entrance is inside of the patio, where the restaurant is, had dinner there, nice staff, nice food.
The breakfast is in the restaurant, at a time that only the people from the rented rooms will be there, and you have coffee, tea, boiled egg, bread, cheese, ham, etc, In the end, it's a lot better then most hotels.
