The town has everything for a weekend stay. A good selection of shops, restaurants and coffee places. The market square has seats for relaxing and watching the world go by. The palace and gardens are a real gem. There are tours of the building and the gardens offer a chance to relax in a scented environment

We were on an ancestry discovery trip, so the location was convenient to some of the little towns I wanted to explore. The Palace and grounds are well worth a visit.
The Palace and grounds are well worth a visit. Public transport is very affordable and efficient and within easy walking distance of the Hotel. It's not walking distance to Ludwigsburg downtown/palaces, etc. but the are is quiet and beautiful. Modern kitchen allows (even provocates) to cook "at home" all your meals, breakfast to dinner. The bathroom is just awesome. The hosts are very friendly, and so are pets on the first floor. Don't look for more, you'll have a very comfortable stay here!IgorUnited States of America

For families: a studio is available and there is a small kid’s corner in the lobby. There is also a car park just next to the hotel which made everything even more convenient. The distance to walk for younger kids to the city center or the palace might be a bit long (20 min), but there are also possibilities to park the car between the center and the palace.
