The location is great - one of the placed hotels in Gelsenkirchen. The staff was exceptional, helpful in every way and they smile!
The room was quiet and well furnished, everything was in place. Maybe the pillows might be somehow better - that is my sincere opinion.
The breakfast was a feast itself - very large selection, all of prime quality. Very nice tea selection - really one of the best in Germany.

The bathroom is also very clean and functional. There are also washing machines in the basement (which we didn’t use). It takes about 2 minutes to get to a supermarket and 5 minutes to the railway station. There is also a tram station nearby that gets you right to the Veltins Arena and Essen.
