Everything was just amazing.
Everything was just amazing. Well equipped and you can find anything you need. The only thing we faced was I didn’t like it’s when We arrived late at night and it wasn’t so clear from where to pick up the keys, picking keys is from a related hotel about 5 minutes drive.

Lipno nad Vltavou is great town for families, it is mainly tourist town in winter for skiing and skating and in summer for boats and bikes and scooters :) Therefore they speak English and German everywhere. There are a lot of to do including swimming pool, bobsleigh track, there is also an aquapark in Frymburk (10 minutes from Lipno nad Vltavou by car). It is great for walking as well, you can visit Cesky Krumlov, Monastery in Vyssi Brod. If you walk by Vltava river it is only Downhill, however there are a few places witch beautiful view like Certova stena (Devils wall view) 2.5 km from Vyssi Brod. A great place for sports fans and families. Lots to do outside but a little limited when the weather is bad, The resort is crying out for healthy food options apart from the standard pasta, pizza and burgers. The area is very nice for family holidays. Plenty of activities for kids and grownups, good food in numerous restaurants and terraces, long walking paths, plenty of playgrounds, nice hiking trails, camping by the lake, short distance to beautiful castles or UNESCO heritage places (Hluboka nad Vltavou, Cesky Krumlov, Rozmberk nad Vltavou, etc.) Bobova draha and Stezka Korunami Stromu, biking trails around the lake are big hits for the entire family. You can rent your bike there, no need to carry it from home. You can find accommodation for all the tastes, from simple tent in a camping to luxury spa hotel room.

if you are into sports, this is the place for you! I was there during summer for only a long weekend time and did: cycling, canoeing, tennis ... much more to do here! Like SUP, wind surf, hiking, etc.!!! Highly recommended

They helped us regarding our problem to reach the hotel from train station because of some delays from the train schedule. Besides, we got a very nice room heading to the lake view. It was an excellent service. Hotel facilities, especially for children was also very good. Hotel located in a very cozy place, surrounded by minimarket, dessert shop, winter sport rental, and also ticket counter for some winter activities. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very plain but the staff are extremely nice and friendly and I really appreciate that the beds are so comfortable. After a long day of biking and swimming, you sleep well.
