Exceptional service from the staff, very friendly and caring. A special thank you to Giuseppe and Stephanie who really helped me during my stay as I wasn't feeling very well and made sure I had an appropriate dinner & breakfast to suit my needs. I'll definitely recommend this hotel!

It was not where we thought it would be but we got there late so in fairness it was probably our mistake. The rooms are very basic and do not have air conditioning which would have been fine under normal circumstances but the temperature was quite warm outside. We were provided with a fan. We missed the breakfast but the coffee was great. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

No charge for parking (20 CHF per night in centre). Evening meal excellent. Waitress exceptionally helpful, and no problem "varying" meal..
