Hotel misrepresents itself I believe in the photos.
Hotel misrepresents itself I believe in the photos. Hotel is old and rundown. Only thing upgraded was the reception area and breakfast area. Floors were squeaky, sink didn’t drain well. Beds were comfortable and the price was good. Would I stay again not sure

Our trip to Lethbridge was for family reasons, but we thoroughly enjoyed the few touristy things we were able to do. The Nikka Yuko Japanese Gardens is certainly a must place to visit and worth spending a little time there and in the new Cultural Centre. As for restaurants, there is a good selection, but not all were highly rated. Ironically, the most highly recommended restaurant on TripAdvisor was Moxie's, a chain restaurant. It was, however, very acceptable and had a diverse menu. We also ate at the Mocha Cabana, and the Lighthouse Japanese restaurant. Both were very acceptable and the servings were very generous. We would have liked to try some other restaurants but found that most closed quite early during weekdays. Otherwise, out stay was very pleasant.

The beautiful and dramatic natural landscape in and around Lethbridge make it a great place to visit. We got take out food and ate in Indian Battle Park, which is very pleasant for picknicking, and the historic and still operational viaduct train bridge is well worth seeing. The downtown area is, like many small cities, suffering a bit from lack of activity. Our drive around the town showed many nice parks. In my two trips there I have enjoyed dinner at The Italian Kitchen.

Lethbridge is a small city with big heart.
Lethbridge is a small city with big heart. It’s more grass roots than I remembered growing up…but when you are immersed in something you don’t notice. Folks need to recap how to use traffic circles when visiting here. There’s a few, and we had some fun reading minds as you tried to get in and out of them (apparently signals are optional). The parks, the shopping, the overall friendly nature of Lethbridge makes up for the few that forget they share the roads and don’t own them

The city was great.
The city was great. Super 8 Lethbridge was a major disappointment as I had booked a room with them the day before on the internet with 2 beds for $104.13. When I got there, I was given a key and went up to the room to find out it only had one bed (my 40 year old daughter was with me). I went back to front desk and was told there were no rooms left with 2 beds. However, a single customer was just being checked into to a room with 2 beds...and the customer agreed to swap rooms with me. The counter clerk told me because of the mix up, that my room would be free. I just checked my credit card to find out that Lethbridge Super 8 charged me $152.28 for this room!!! Very disappointed.
The staff person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful and efficient. The hotel seemed brand new. We were traveling with a dog and she gave us a room on the first floor right near the side exit, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless and designed to be aesthetically pleasing. I loved the built-in bench for our luggage and the hooks to hang jackets on.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and bathroom was spacious with a great shower. We had breakfast in the morning -- it was tasty with a lot of hot and cold options.
The staff was friendly. The beds were small ( not queen) I would say more like a small double. The room was decorated with old furniture. Needs to be updated. We booked the hotel for the ability to swim and when we arrived the pool was
closed. Your website said it would be open May 27. We booked 2 rooms for one night for a get away from Edmonton and were sadly disappointed in the choice we made.
The gentleman at check in should teach how customer service should be done. About 15 minutes after I checked in, I received a call from the front desk again making sure everything was ok. I applaud his attention to his job. Hotel is dated and needs work. Breakfast cannot be called breakfast, so be careful with that.
The breakfast was great, and plentiful!! The hot tub and pool were actually open, compared to every other hotel/motel we've stayed din the last 2years!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing, and the park and trails are right there!! Beautiful!
Best place we've been in a loooooong time

Everything!! Very comfortable, great location, great staff!! Amazing views! Hot tub and pool was very relaxing, breakfast was very good (had more options than most hotels!) Phenomenal price!! Highly recommended, I will be coming back again in the future

A pleasant hotel with well-equipped rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient for me. I was here on a business trip and everything was quite sufficient for me. I can recommend to everyone :-)
Unbelievably quiet hotel. Clean, comfortable, large, well laidout room with pleasant feeling bed and bath linens. Breakfast was good. Room had zero noise tranference. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants.
