This is an exceptional property, the hosts were super easy to communicate with, prompt and helpful. The house had everything we needed and more. Great kitchen and incredible bathrooms / showers, thoughtful touches like helpful labelling, spare chargers and Alexa in most rooms made us feel very welcome. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore the Niagara area, a peaceful family location on the lake yet close enough to access the falls and all the area has to offer - would recommend.

If you just need a place to sleep for a night or two, this place is fine but don't expect an exciting experience. You will get a bedroom with private bathroom, and a very basic breakfast, in a suburban house you will share with the owner.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and one of the front desk staff even printed out a google map of an address and place we were going to attend for our conference the next day. Another front desk staff helped us with our remote control regarding putting on the volume for the TV. The food was EXCELLENT and hot. And cold food was nice and cold. Food service worker was friendly and helpful.
