The staff is kind and welcoming, there are pools and gym facilities but as we were traveling out of season - we were the only ones at the hotel and the pool was closed (it was too cold to use it anyway). It seems like a very charming spot to visit during the high season!

Balcic itself is a story, and Maria Palace Complex, is part of this story. A very good location, in the middle of the resort, on the seashore, close to taverns, especially our favorite one, "La Terasa". This is the second time we come and we will definitely come back.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was ok, a bit different everyday. Very prompt service. The room was clean. The location is quite good, is right next to the marina, nice walk up to the castle.
We had the balcony toward the backyard, very quiet, I understood from my friends that the room facing the street are a bit more noisy.
Valeo Hotel is situated just above the Balchik Beach, next to the world-famous Botanic Garden and the Dvoreca Architecture park complex.

Great stay once again. The room and the main areas were very, very clean. Noticed some nice improvements in the bathrooms and rooms too - new faucets, sink and new mattresses. Very comfortable sleep, quiet room. Our room was with beautiful sea view too. The location is great - one minute from the beach and the seaside walk alley with all the restaurants and shops, no noise in the room. The staff was as usual very helpful and kind. Hotel lication right on the beach was perfect, the sand was soft and rather clean and so was the sea water.
The pool was clean and if they were too cut some vegetation, it would actually look like an infinity pool.i took great pictures there.
All the bars were working and the bartenders were nice and smiling.
Anyone can find something they like eating from the restaurant, even though it is not very wide choice wise.
The guy from the pancakes was really nice and smiling and so was one older gentleman who was cleaning the tables who looked and acted very profesional.
It was nice that they included 2 sun beds and 1 umbrela în the price, because otherwise you would have to pay like 21 leva. They also had airbag conditioning which was good.
Also the parking was less than 50m away from the Hotel entrance and it was in the shade.
