The location of the property is in a small community of bungalows, there was private parking available. Our host sent us details of the property and the parking space corresponded with the number of the bungalow (this is not directly outside the accommodation). The property was extremely well decorated with lots of lovely touches and was extremely clean, comfortable and warm, which was much appreciated on a cold day. The rooms of the guesthouse were clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent - clean and big. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the outdoor space. We had a family room - which meant the kids could close the door to their 2 beds. Made it feel like a bigger room.

The room was immaculate with clean sheets and a really comfortable bed; the bathroom and toilet were separate and were spotless. The room had a fridge which was a great bonus on a very hot week, a balcony that overlooked a wood to the rear of the Hotel and a superb seating area to the front where you could have a drink. The breakfast was superb as was the location and I would like to thank all the staff for running a fantastic Hotel, especially Frederick on reception.
