Jude and Mark were excellent! The place is clean and the stay was very comfortable. When I asked if there are any restaurants nearby, Jude offered me dinner with them. Definitely recommend the secluded location as well!

Ipswich is a very tidy city and has plenty of good restaurants, motels and Rail stations is located in the centre of the town centre. There is a shop for all in the city centre, and very affordable. There are plenty of nice Parks for the kids to enjoy. Generally, Ipswich has laid back country style shopping, in the city.

The town has some good shops if you know where to look.
The town has some good shops if you know where to look. Very difficult to find somewhere to eat in main town on Monday night. It has good parks and the Jacarandas and old Queenslanders make the place look attractive.

Oh dear, most community beautiful.
Oh dear, most community beautiful. Couple of bad eggs, common. Ipswich Qld is a great place, with a lively and caring atmosphere, not made for the average spender at all though.$$$ ELITE PRICES, accommodation$ and Real Estate$ included. Rare full time, secure employment. Not for the faint hearted. Be wary 😟 Warwick, QLD, Dalby, Qld, Toowoomba Qld, Accommodation, hospitality HOT SPOTS 🔥 WATCH THESE DESTINATIONS!! BLOODY GREAT! ☺️

Best - Workshops Rail Museum, Ipswich Art Gallery, Spark Festival - art on buildings and tour of St. Paul's Anglican which included a performance by the organist.
Perhaps more alternatives for dining out are needed.

The taxi service was very good.
The taxi service was very good. There were no close by food outlets with takeaway food (I came by train so was without my own transport). I enjoyed the nightly light show on the cinema complex. I quickly realised that taxis were engaged from 1 West Street and that entrance from that address through the car park to the lift was the best means to enter and exit the building.
Conventiently located in the Ipswich CBD if you are visiting Ipswich. Quite a spacious and well equipped apartment - clean and tidy despite the building getting a little old now. Well priced when I stayed. Good free wifi and secure carparking. No actual contact with the host, but the instructions received via email were clear and present enough.
The apartment was far more spacious than I expected, making it feel quite homely and added to the relaxed vibe. Being on a higher floor provided an exceptional view of Ipswich and the surrounding lawns and architecture. The kitchenette was well-provisioned and allowed for a home-cooked meal during the short stay.
We didn't have breakfast, we had supplied our own. The facilities in the room were great. The microwave was very useful for heating the evening meal, given that the restaurant was unavailable. The location of the motel was excellent for our purpose - attendance at St Andrew's hospital.
Large enough to have a couple families stay with plenty of room to get together but also places to have time by yourself. Kitchen had plenty of utensils as well as herbs, coffee, sugar etc. Central aircon heated the house no problems. Also seemed like a quiet area of Ipswich.
It was my second stay at Cumquat House - and it certainly did not disappoint. Great hosts, great room, delicious breakfast and good yarns at the breakfast table. I am sad my work in Ipswich has come to an end, and I may not be able to wrangle another stay!!
Beautiful and well appointed apartment. It had everything I needed, the hosts are very considerate in their preparation and it is in a quiet street. Everything was practically new which was nice. A great alternative to a motel or hotel.
Overall, a pretty convenient place to stay for a few days in Ipswich. Nothing fancy, but functional and has a basic kitchen, secure car parking, and comfortable bed. Price was reasonable compared to other places in Ipswich.
Quiet and peaceful and only a few minutes to the centre of Ipswich.
The Deluxe rooms are up the stairs and provide terrific privacy.
The pool area was a lovely surprise and the bakery across the road was delicious.
We did like the lights on the Ipswich City Council building and the building next door, but were quite disappointed when they turned off before midnight sometime.
The air conditioning was nice and cold!
Urban Gateway was spacious, clean, and perfectly located for anyone visiting Ipswich. in particular, having a bathroom for each bedroom was great for a group of work colleagues travelling together.
property was well situated and was easily accessible to all areas of Ipswich and surrounding attractions. for the age of the property it was very clean and tidy and the owners were lovely!
Comfortable little room with a private bathroom. Excellent continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful proprietors with loads of local knowledge. Extremely close to the university campus.
Friendly and welcoming staff who made checking in a breeze! The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was within walking distance of my activities for the weekend as well.
Very spacious studio with everything we needed and restaurant on site. Great location for us visiting family in Ipswich
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed
Access to centre of Ipswich, was nice and easy.
The staff were incredible. Helped me out with a problem and great local knowledge where to find certain stores.
