The location was very good as it was about 200 mtrs from a venue that were were attending for the evening. Location is on Western side of Lake Macquarie with about 200 mtrs to the lake and about 400 mtrs to the baech. Room was well appointed for one that had been refurbished whilst keeping the original olde style layout. Staff were very good, whilst check in was at the main bar it was fine and efficient. Whilst the rooms were located on the floor above the main bar there were absolutely no problems with noise.
