Este remarcabil faptul ca, desi am anulat rezervarea, hotelul nu a luat la cunostinta totusi de acest lucru si au incercat sa fie prezenti si dupa ora de finalizare a check-in-ului, au pregatit camera, au incercat sa ma contacteze, au fost extrem de amabili si imi pare rau de confuzia creata.
