One of the standout features of this hotel is its prime location. It is conveniently situated right next to a metro station and a Spar market, making it incredibly easy to access everything we needed. Additionally, there is a lovely restaurant in close proximity, which added to the convenience.
Initially, we were hesitant about booking this hotel due to its somewhat dated interior. However, we soon realized that it was indeed the right decision. The charm of the hotel, combined with its exceptional service, more than made up for the older décor.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and hardworking, many of whom are from the Balkans. Their warmth and dedication made our stay even more pleasant. A special mention goes to the beautiful blonde lady working in the restaurant, whose kindness and attentiveness stood out.

The personnel at the front desk when we came to check in were super helpful, kind ready to answer any and all question we might have (hvala Miloš) and just overall really nice to talk to. They accommodated the request to put us at lowest floor possible but the overall communication through Booking should definitely be better and faster.
