The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was large with a balcony. Secure parking was available. Our evening meal was delicious, and the waitress who served us was exceptionally good at her job, spoke English very well and had a great sense of humour. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything from the quiet location, with convenience shop 100m level walk, the old church in town center only 7 mins level walk, to fantastic breakfast. Too many choices for this buffet. All quality foods and fresh daily. ALL staff were extremely polite and helpful. Getting help in English is not a problem for all staff. Free parking in front of the building, off the street. It is only 2 floors, but has ELEVATOR. Fantastic snow-capped mountain views from our room, #206. Also rooftop area has a sauna (paid) but excellent for only taking pictures of a 270-degree panorama.

I’m really satisfied with my stay. Hotel is dog friendly with fair price for stay with dog. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served early in the morning, what is great if you have planned trips or hiking. Hotel also has own parking on site for free. Once again, I thank the hotel staff for their good services.

The afternoon check-in staff were very polite and considerate. The room was large, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom and the room were spotlessly clean. We had a Chinese buffet dinner there and it was very tasty, catering for all culinary needs. Breakfast was included in the price and was a good selection of tasty dishes.

My fourth stay in this hotel. The first two rated 10, the third one rated 1 due to very cold room upon arrival with no heating. This time, I made a mistake and booked a room from 15/3 to 16/3. Found out upon arrival on 14/3, lucky to be able to rebook. However, the hotel did not refund the initial booking. Enjoy my money. You are a good hotel, but you have just lost a client who could stay regularly while crossing lustenau twice a month.

This family-run 3-star-superior hotel is only a 6-minute drive or bus ride away from the Festival Hall and the centre of Bregenz.

The room was modern , very clean , fantastic view of the mountains and all the necessary facilities were available. Super in-house restaurant The 5 course tasting menu and wine pairing was expertly prepared and delicious. The owners were extremely pleasant and very accommodating.
