Gajapuri, which means "Elephant's Empire" in Sanskrit, offers a luxurious tropical experience with its spa and outdoor spa bath. We loved it here! The place is serene and has a spa vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, really far from most of the places we encountered in Thailand. They helped us with all the bookings and rentals we wanted. The facilities are great, especially the pool. Breakfast is also better than we expected and it slightly varies every day.

Really comfy rooms, good location close to the beach, restaurants and amenities nearby and still far from party and loud noises! Staff were brilliant, kind and attentive. We are vegan and they accommodated breakfast options (vegetable milk, muesli and fruit, bread and jam).

Resort located along Klong Plu River at Klong Praow Beach in Ko Chang, this resort offers contemporary accommodation with views of the river, pool, garden or mountains. It is very beautiful place. I like the rustic style. We got room on big discount. You can book trips right from the hotel. You can request laundry services as well. You can get taxi for 50 baht and go to nearest town to have lunch or dinner and check unique stores. Hotel restaurant was super nice, delicious dishes. Boat to the beach is fun.

Everything:) I would love to come back to this hotel. We had got a villa room which is super big and has beautiful outside patio. The swimming pool is great for cooling off during the hours when the sun shines the most. the beach is amazing, there are enough sunbeds. The staff are also very nice and helpful.

The Du Talay is a small family run hotel with 21 cosy rooms under Thai/German management. 4 years ago it was fully renovated. The rooms are very well equiped. We rented the room with the jaccuzi and it was phenomenal! Spacious living room large bathroom with sea view, comfy bed, Netflix on TV. Large private terrace. The breakfast was okay, maybe a little bit bland after a while. The staff was nice, the aircon worked great. Good location to reach both sides of the island. We also rented the scooter (125cc) from them and it worked great. The beach in front of the hotel is not usable 24/7, at high tide it's simply underwater. The area around the hotel offers many restaurants, the small night market next to it is also nice.
