The rooms were spot clean and in top condition! Also the beds were Very comfortable. The breakfast outside was a really nice addition and provided everything you needed to start the day. It is also a walking distance from everything in the centre.

Accommodation has really good location, walking distance to night market. Host is really helpful and they arranged for us a day trip to all must see places around Chiang Rai with the drop off on the Laos border.
