Cozy and stylish BEIGLI Hotel & Garden is located in the heart of city in a quiet pedestrian street in Bratislava's historic centre next to St. Michael's Gate. It offers elegant, air-conditioned rooms with free LAN and LCD TVs. First when we entered the lobby athmosphere stunned us. After that recepsionist at the lobby was exeptional at customer service, he pointted all the good locations on map for our short stay and all around he was super friendly and cared about our holiday.

From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service from the staff. Yes we got a history lesson from the security guard who had been there for over 15 years. A very charming and knowledgeable man. The highlight of my stay, however, was undoubtedly the staff. Each and every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had the best possible experience. They made me feel like a valued guest and their genuine hospitality was evident in every interaction. Whether it was the front desk staff who greeted me with a warm smile every time I entered the hotel, the housekeeping team who ensured my room was always immaculate, or the restaurant staff who provided exceptional service during my meals, every staff member played a crucial role in making my stay unforgettable. The level of service provided by the staff at this Boutique Hotel truly sets it apart from other establishments.
