The location and the hotel was very good. Very good value for money. Nice building, nice view from both sides. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect hotel for us, and it's very luxurious for decent price! Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was 10/10 and there was enough gluten free options.

Situato a Umeå, ad appena 1 minuto a piedi dalla strada pedonale Kungsgatan e proprio sopra il nuovissimo centro commerciale Utopia, il Comfort Hotel Winn offre camere decorate in stile contemporaneo... We arrived late on our way back home. Apparently, a lot of people were traveling through Umeå that evening, and the front desk was very busy at midnight. Alexander handled the situation very professionally, though. Due to no available rooms of the ones that we had booked, we received an upgrade, which was especially nice after a long day of traveling with a small child. We got a corner room with an 180° view of the city towards the river, really lovely. The room was spacious, and the shower in the bathroom had a good size. The bed was comfortable. We all got a good night sleep. Breakfast was lovely in the modern restaurant right downstairs.
