Very unusual hotel with a central location in the middle of the city. Great views from the rooms, modern decor, clean rooms and easy self check in and check out. A very good breakfast in the entrance area in the Kulturbageri, great, wide selection and very, very friendly staff. We recommend!!!

This central Umeå hotel is just 50 metres from the Umeälven River. It provides free Wi-Fi, an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as modern rooms with a flat-screen satellite TV. This was the perfect hotel for us, and it's very luxurious for decent price! Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was 10/10 and there was enough gluten free options.

Breakfast was delicious, with a lot of options for everyone.

Just 2 km from Lake Storsjön, this property has its own floodlit cross-country ski trail. Its cosy rooms and cottages feature handmade furniture produced on site. Wi-Fi is free. We stayed for one night in the cottage on the way to Trondheim. The cottage is clean and cozy with lots of wood handicraft furniture.

We arrived late on our way back home. Apparently, a lot of people were traveling through Umeå that evening, and the front desk was very busy at midnight. Alexander handled the situation very professionally, though. Due to no available rooms of the ones that we had booked, we received an upgrade, which was especially nice after a long day of traveling with a small child. We got a corner room with an 180° view of the city towards the river, really lovely. The room was spacious, and the shower in the bathroom had a good size. The bed was comfortable. We all got a good night sleep. Breakfast was lovely in the modern restaurant right downstairs.
