The guest house features city views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Very clean, the staff were extremely helpful and very generous with giving us tips for getting around Porto. I will definitely be recommending Casa Carolina to my friends. Plus breakfast in the morning with a wide spread was an amazing way to start the day.

The location and premises are beautiful, even at the end of March when things aren’t blooming yet. The level of detail both outside and in the rooms and the comfort are top of the bill. Very friendly staff, good spa treatments and a great breakfast buffet.

Set in a restored townhouse, Look At Me - Lofts&Studios is located in Porto, 150 metres from the central Avenida dos Aliados. It offers accommodation in studios and lofts with free WiFi access.

Each unit has an exclusive décor, with an open-plan living area with sofa bed, flat-screen cable TV and a dining table. All units include a Queen-size bed and are air conditioned. The studios have also a sofa bed and the Lofts have a mezzanine with 4 single beds. The bathrooms were all renovated in 2017 and each features free toiletries, a hairdryer and a shower. Some have a balcony. Tiego was the perfect host and we loved his suggested highlights of Porto including restaurant recommendations. The food was outstanding. The appartment and location were excellent for walking to most sites and yet quiet at night for sleeping. Will definitely stay here again. Porto is a delight.

The Hotel da Oliveira is within the historical Guimarães city centre, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Guimarães Castle, the city’s most iconic landmark is 150 metres away.

The units also feature a minibar and some a balcony. All the rooms are individually decorated with themes regarding historical Guimarães personalities. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We received traffic fine for parking the car and staff stepped forward to help to pay the fine !!

Some bathrooms feature typical tiles on the walls. exceptional stay from the fabulous room, incredible view and outstanding food no question our best accommodation in Portugal so far!

Perched on a mountain top with panoramic views, Delfim Douro offers luxury accommodation with private balconies overlooking the Douro River. It features a rooftop terrace, an outdoor pool, a restaurant and massage facilities. View from room was amazing and room very comfortable. Easy parking. Facilities excellent including outdoor pool, sitting out areas, well stocked bar and serving tapas. Breakfast was superb.

The building and all of its areas were fully refurbished in 2018. Each room features stylish décor with wooden parquet floors, white painted walls and large French-style doors which open out to views of the city. There is a seating area with a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom decorated with mosaic tiles and free toiletries. Wonderful boutique hotel - unbeatable location, amazing staff, exceptionally clean, great design, very spacious room. Very nice breakfast. Could have not asked for better. Excellent value for money, especially when traveling with children. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Next time we visit Porto, we will stay in Cale Guest House again. Thank you!

With 55 rooms and 6 suites, all with plenty of natural light and panoramic views. All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WIFI. Bathrooms include a free-standing tub as well as free toiletries. the staff was amazing and very helpful

Set in a 19th-century building, Gallery Hostel offers a modern, recently renovated air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. It has a 24-hour front desk a lounge area, a terrace and communal fully kitchen. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 15 minutes’ drive away. The location was easy to find. Very artistic street. Cca 10 minutes walking to a beautiful park! The bartender at the entrance was a real gentleman. Took my luggage to the reception. The building of the hostel is beautiful. The stairs to rooms, the paintings, the decorations <3 Rooms: I loved the way showers and toilets were thought through. Even though I stayed at the female dorm with 6 beds I felt quite a lot of privacy. Overall the whole hostel was not noisy at all. And in the room you get a big locker to store your luggage. Breakfast: Served in the restaurant downstairs, I had to order the day before but there was no problem in getting more food as the portions were on the smaller side (big thumbs up for not wasting food!). Very cozy atmosphere. And very kind staff working there. All were smiling. I admit, would even prefer to stay at this hostel over staying at a hotel. Next time I come to Porto this is definitely my choice Nr. 1 place to stay ^_^
