Situated in a former 18th-century wine estate, this luxury hotel overlooks vineyards and the Douro Valley. The room's view was phenomenal. All staff were extremely attentive to detail and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pinhao.

Boasting mountain views, Quinta Do Bosque offers accommodation with pool with a view, a garden and a bar, around 15 km from Douro Museum. Nestled in the vineyards and olive trees with views over the valley. Spacious rooms, meticulously and tastefully decorated with attention to the small things down to fresh oranges, yummy cookies and port in the room. Super comfy beds. Very welcoming and cozy. Dinner was superb and presented beautifully. Thanks to Cristiano who was always available to ensure our stay was perfect which truly was the highlight of a three week vacation in Portugal.

A perfect place to stay and experience the Douro Valley. Simply beautiful location, surroundings and property. Close to everything you want to see in the valley....vineyards, port tasting, rustic villages, boat trips on the river etc...etc.. Maria & Becas were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was traditional Portuguese and very nice...(could do with some vegetables though...:-)). Swimming pool was welcome after a long, hot day travelling around, as was walking round the vineyards and gardens. Loved our very short time there... thank you!!
