The property is 100 metres from the Cloth Hall. The people were very polite. Clearly they were always ready to help. Especially when on the second day i was getting picked up at 06h30 for a tour, they double checked with the tour agency regarding the pick up location. And they prepared a breakfast box as they usually start breakfast at 07h00. The location was phenomenal. Clear view on the main square. Everything was closeby. The room was magnificent. Breakfast every day was outstanding, a lot of choice.

Hotel Jan is situated in a 600 year old townhouse in the very centre of the Kraków Old Town, 100 metres from the Main Market Square. It offers a 24-hour front desk and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Nice hotel in the best location to explore Krakow, just a few steps away from the main square. The room was comfortable and bigger than expected, it had everything we needed and even tho it is centrally located it wasn’t noisy at all. The staff at the reception was extremely nice, always smiling and they let me redo my payment just so I could avoid extra banking costs, which was really helpful. We’d definitely stay at the hotel again!

Floors are heated and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and free toiletries. This is the second time we stayed at Puro and it's hands down our favourite hotel in Krakow and Poland. The service is impeccable and incredibly friendly and attentive. The decor is exquisite and rooms have all the features and amenities one would expect from a hotel of this standard (or higher). Needless to mention it's convenient location - right across the road from the mall and central train station. I cannot recommend it enough! We were also incredibly blessed with an amazing service from the front office (Klaudia I believe) who helped us with the luggage, stored it for us prior to checking in, and offered us a little upgrade which was the sweetest thing any hotel did for us throughout our little honeymoon trip! Also the gentleman who worked during the night shift and promptly helped us with replacing the duvet and pillows for hypoallergenic ones - heros don't wear capes!

The apartments Parkside are elegant and luxurious and come with wooden floors. They are decorated in warm, light colours and each comes with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a bathroom. Very good choice! Close to old town, spacious apartments, very clean.

The rooms of the Bambi Boutique are spacious and feature an interior design characteristic of the region, with bright wood decorations. All rooms come with a bathroom.

The Boutique has its own indoor play area for kids with a ball pit and a designated barbecue area. It also provides an airport shuttle service at an additional surcharge. The breakfast and the beautiful rooms. Everyone was so helpful.
