Het Weeshuis is located in the city centre of 'Hanzestad' Bolsward and offers accommodation set in a monumental building and former orphanage. Room was a little quirky, but refreshingly so. Very bored with Hilton / holiday Inn same old same old. Very enjoyable.

The hotel was very nice, the room spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great value for money as well.

Logement Overzee offers charming suites, set in this monumental building in the calm village of Nes. It has free Wi-Fi available throughout the building and a bicycle rental service next door. Nice room, great location, breakfast/food was exceptional

Badhotel Bruin, nestled between the dunes and the mudflats on Vlieland, offers Boutique-style rooms with private bathrooms. This hotel dates from 1896 and features free WiFi throughout the property. Great central location, very friendly staff. It was very quiet when we stayed so breakfast was specially prepared for us which was lovely. Dinner in the restaurant was superb. And the hotel is very dog friendly, first time that any accommodation I stayed in provided a proper dog bed.
