Villa La Lumia B&B Suites & Apartments is housed in an elegant 19th-century building, located in Agrigento, just 1 km from the Valley of the Temples. Located on top of the Valley of Temples, watching sunset at this place was just simply amazing. The staff was also very helpful and quite friendly.

Set in the historical centre of Agrigento, a short walk from Via Atenea shopping street, Il Meraviglioso Mondo di Amélie features accommodation with modern furnishings and free WiFi. Our room was very central, connected to the main street of Agrigento. It was modern, clean and well appointed including common space for our wonderful breakfast provided by our hosts. The shower and bathroom were exceptional . Great restaurants and bars near by.

San Giorgio Palace is a boutique hotel in Ragusa Ibla, 15 km from Modica. It offers panoramic views of Santa Domenica Valley and rooms with free Wi-Fi. A sweet breakfast buffet is provided daily. Very good location. Clean room. Extremely nice staff and great breakfast. Free parking is also very helpful

B&B Villa San Marco is located actually in Agrigento's Valle dei Templi, only 500 metres from the major Greek temples. Its large garden includes a swimming pool. everything, clean, people are nice. Salvatore took the time to explain a lot about the animals but also de food and what to do around. I would 100% recommend this place.

Villa Athena, a modern 5-star hotel, is located within Agrigento's Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I loved the property. Even minor things didn’t bother how amazing it was! The breakfast is great, even a la carte. The views are stunning, if you choose the room with a view. We got there during Easter holiday and had an amazing garden grill set menu lunch with Italian style long table. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Property is absolutely beautiful and they had their own little path into the gardens and the UNESCO sight which I found to be exceptionally convenient. Parking was big and the whole property is just amazing.

Aretusa Vacanze is located in a completely renovated 17th-century building at the centre of Syracuse's Ortygia Island. It offers self-catering rooms. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, location was perfect and there's even a terrace. It's a pity that we only stayed one night.

Set in beautiful countryside less than 1km from Piazza Armerina, Villa Trigona is an 18th-century building with large gardens, where you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and numerous sports. The staff great, very kind and resourceful. We had great stay, the breakfast was good and the dinner was even better. Fresh produce with an authentic touch. We enjoyed our stay there, the place has a great atmosphere.

Featuring free WiFi and a terrace, Terrazzani Suite offers pet-friendly accommodation in the centre of Comiso, 280 metres from Piazza Fonte Diana and 11 km from Ragusa. It was really a surprise to find last minute, in a small town, a big and beautifully decorated B&B and room in a beautiful and sophisticated, classy style. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in in a month of traveling and staying in all types of accommodation from airbnbs to 4 and 5 star hotels. The bathroom was huge as was the shower - which my husband loved, since he usually has to squeeze into the typical tiny ones found throughout Italy. Breakfast was brought to your room. Hot cappuccino (our preference but you have choices), warm fresh assorted baked goods, jams, fresh fruit, cereal. Best of all though, was the fact that we arrived at the bus stop and because there were no taxis Clitizia picked us up with her car because we had many and heavy suitcases. Her English was very good and she was so very happy to help. A young mother, she’s a busy lady but took the time to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. FYI, Comiso is a great spot to stop if you are visiting some vineyards and don’t have a car. You can access taxis and guides to take you to vineyards that are very close by and get transport in and out via regional train and bus. Though it was only one night, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
