Everything was perfect. The location is close to the station and just a few steps away from the lake. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was friendly, kind. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing

Hotel Aurora overlooks Lake Como in a panoramic setting. Relax at the free, private beach. The hotel includes an early 20th-century property and a lake-view villa built in 2009. Amazing hotel directory in front of lake Como. They offered us a free room upgrade and we ended up in a room with its own deck facing the lake and having direct access to the water with our own chairs/table and benches. Wonderful room and services overall!

Superb interior design, brilliantly well equipped kitchen, quality bedding, lovely indoor and outdoor space and every bedroom huge and gorgeous, generous extras like lovely honey, Nutella, loads of coffee. A really special place for a treat. We loved it. Short walk downhill on cobbles to village, steep walk up (if you've got older people in your group), otherwise a nice bit of exercise. Local restaurant 2 mins walk away

Set in the heart of Veleso and 10 km from Lake Como, Cadorna Chalet offers free WiFi and a terrace with panoramic lake views. The atmosphere in the hotel and their hosts is fantastic. They really did everything to make us feel at home and we're very helpful with every request or question we had. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and it is very refreshing to be far from the chaos at the lake, especially in high season. We would love to go back to this place.
